Wait Until Dark

Schoolhouse Arts Center will present Wait Until Dark, written by Frederick Knott, from October 12-28 at Schoolhouse Arts Center at Sebago Lake. Wait Until Dark is a thrilling story of a blind woman caught up in the dangerous schemes of ruthless criminals. Suspenseful and gripping, Wait Until Dark is ideal for mature audiences. And, now this classic thriller is coming to the Schoolhouse Arts Center stage in Sebago Lake Village.

Wait Until Dark brings together a talented cast from all over southern Maine to include Karyn Akey from Standish as Susy, Ted Tocci from Naples as Mike, Chip Burnham from Standish as Carlino, Mike Millett from Topsham as Roat, Brett Stewart from Gorham as Sam, Sara Dodge from Standish as Gloria, and Tim Sheridan and Thomas Ouellette from Windham as policemen. Wait Until Dark is directed by Keith Halliburton of Limerick.

This show promises to be a thrill to watch with plenty of suspense and a plot that will keep you holding onto your seat! Performances are at the Schoolhouse Arts Center on Route 114, just north of the intersection of Routes 114 and 35 in Sebago Lake Village, from October 12-28. Friday and Saturday performances are at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday matinee at 2:00 p.m. Admission is $16 for students and seniors and $18 for adults. Call 642-3743 to reserve tickets.
