Storybook Theater is back! One of our most popular summer programs- this introduction to all things theater is the best way to get your young one acquainted with the process of developing a play! With tons of creative imagination exercises, theater games and more this week long program is sure to be a blast! Recreating classic stories and acting them out will be fun for all!
Winnie the Pooh Week

Oh Bother! Join the fun as each day we create a new Winnie the Pooh Adventure that includes its own story book, illustrated and written by the group, and ultimately performed at the end of the week! There's no telling where the adventures will lead as we create an original story with the world's most lovable bear and his friends!


Alice in Wonderland
Date: June 26- 30 (Morning Session)

Don’t be late for this very important date! Join the fun as we travel around Wonderland meeting zany characters in whimsical places, ending the week with a performance of their original story of their travels through Wonderland! A week filled with games, activities, tea parties and more!
Fractured Fairytales

Fractured Fairytales ARE BACK! This popular camp program allows young performers to reimagine their favorite classic stories by blending characters into one unique and funny storyline. Fractured Fairytales is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the basics of theater and introducing character development by using characters we know and love!


Heroes and Villains Week
Date: July 3-7 (Morning Session)

Every story has a hero and a villain! Through this week we will be exploring all types of heroes and villains through games, activities and more! From Superheroes to Heroes in everyday life, together we will adventure through an imaginary world where villains and heroes collide!
A Trip Down the Yellow Brick Road
Date: July 3-7 (Afternoon Session)

Welcome to the merry old land of Oz! Travel with Dorothy and friends while you learn more about theatre and storytelling with your whole body. This week you will learn how to become the characters and creatures that you meet on your trip down the yellow brick road, all leading to a performance, at the end of the week, of a story about Dorothy and her friends in Oz!


Broadway Kids!
Date: July 10-14 (Morning Session)
Time: 9:00- 11:30
Broadway Kids comes to Schoolhouse Arts Center! This week students will put on their dancing shoes and prepare their voices as they dive into the world of Musical Theater! Working on group numbers, this cast will learn the basics of voice and performance as they learn how to perform musical numbers and ultimately perform for an audience at the end of the week.
Adventures in Neverland
Date: July 10-14 (Afternoon)
Time: 12:30- 3:00
Fly with Peter Pan to Neverland! Explore Mermaid Lagoon and Marooners Rock, dance with the Lost Boys and run from Captain Hook! This week will be filled with adventure, fun, games and more as we get to know the characters and setting of this classic story while learning about how actors use these things to develop their characters and tell a story.


Sherlock Holmes Week
Date: July 17-21 (Morning Session)
Time: 9:00- 11:30
Become a detective, solve mysteries and learn about story telling through the stories of Sherlock Holmes! Mystery, intrigue, it's ‘elementary dear Watson’! Filled with activities and games and imagination, this week is going to be a lot of fun! At the end of the week, campers will perform a Sherlock Holmes mystery for family and friends!
Witches and Wizards Week
Date: July 17-21 (Afternoon Session)
Time: 12:30- 3:00
Explore the wizarding world while learning about theatre and some of the ways magic is made on stage! Join us for a magical week of fun, games and theatrical special effects, all ending in a special performance for family and friends!
