An Immersive Thriller Horror Experience at Schoolhouse Arts Center

Something is wrong in Oakridge, New Hampshire.

A new haunted attraction, Dreadmoore Academy, is preparing to open its doors, and local residents have been invited to attend a special preview event. But what begins as an ordinary evening quickly spirals into something far more sinister.

There are secrets in the air…

How It Works

When you purchase your ticket, you’ll be assigned a unique identity and become part of the story.

Throughout the evening, you’ll receive prompts and clues that will guide you through Dreadmoore Academy. As the story unfolds, you’ll meet townspeople, interact with actors and fellow participants, and uncover the secrets hidden beneath the surface.

You’ll be introduced to the “sinners” walking among you and you’ll be challenged to uncover the wrongdoing each has committed. Submit your answers by text message (phone number will be provided), as the event progresses and pay close attention to every detail. The truth may be hiding in plain sight. Brace for impact and watch as the story unfolds. Figure out who you can trust, and make sure you don’t get left behind. After all, you could be next on the chopping block.

Rewards

The first five participants to correctly answer every question will receive two tickets to any 2027 Schoolhouse Arts Center production.

All other participants will receive 5% off two tickets for each correct answer, up to a maximum discount of 35%.

Event Information

Tickets: $30 Ages 18+
Light refreshments provided
Participants should be comfortable with walking, stairs, and quick movement
Phones and texting are incorporated into the experience
All participants must sign a standard safety waiver
For the safety of all participants, anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate
Due to the limited capacity of this event, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Dress Code

Guests are welcome to attend in everyday clothes, a Halloween costume, or even dress as their assigned character for a more immersive experience.

Please wear comfortable shoes. This event includes walking, stairs, and quick movement throughout the building. High heels are not recommended.
